Due to an overwhelming number of new clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments, we have had to make a few adjustments to our online booking feature. You will now need to place a credit card on file to use our online booking. Your credit card will not be used without notification.
Please remember we ask that clients give us a 48 hour notice when canceling an appointment so that we may accommodate other clients who are on our wait list.
NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENT AGREEMENT
New clients agree to pay 50% of their scheduled service total using the credit card stored on file if they do not give proper notice for cancelling an appointment. This payment may be charged the day of your scheduled service as a cancellation fee or in advance as a deposit to confirm the appointment. Deposits will only be charged to this credit card once the client has been contacted. Paid deposits will go towards your bill on the date of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation fees do NOT require us to contact a client as this is the notice of our cancellation policy. Deposits will be used to pay a cancellation fee if the client does not give proper notice for cancelling a scheduled appointment.
Clients with an email on file will receive an emailed copy of their receipt if a cancelation fee is charged.
