Not sure what services you need or who can do them? Send us an appointment request. As soon as one of our Front Desk Hosts has time, they will email or call you back to help assist with your appointment. Please note that this may take more time than using our online booking feature as our hosts are also helping clients in the salon and on the phones.

Cancellation Policy:
* We understand that cancelations are sometimes unavoidable. circumstances come up that may require you to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Failure to show for your scheduled appointment and any cancellations with less than 48-hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee based on scheduled services.
Any deposits made in advance will be used towards the cancelation fee.
* Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules and cannot always be filled without timely notice. A 48-hour notice enables us time to reach out and schedule another client who may be on our wait list for an appointment.
* Due to commitments of other clients’ on our schedules, we may have to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.
* If you arrive late by 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment or more, you are subject to cancelling/rescheduling your appointment and will be charged a cancellation fee based on your scheduled services. Please understand that this is to ensure that every client receives the appropriate time for their hair services. It is possible that late arrivals can still be accommodated, however, this is done at our discretion based on the availability of our stylist’s schedules and your particular services. Please call or email the salon if you are running late so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
