New COVID-19 Guidelines

The Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology have removed most COVID-19 guidelines. Individuals who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear a mask.

BALANCE HAIR SPA will keep all other pre-cautions in place. We will keep our barriers up and ask clients to reschedule if they have any cold symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.

She taught our team about Wella’s new Luz Lights and ways to give our clients the best hair color possible. From warm brunette, cool brunette, honey blonde and rose blond, Obert covered all the latest trends in highlighting and ways to get the best look for our clients. We were able to have some of our team on site and the rest virtual to get this much appreciated color class.

We are excited to announce our New Talent level stylist, Camberly Riehl to the Balance Hair Spa team. She will be working out of both our locations with a limited schedule to accommodate our social distancing guidelines. You can make an appointment in Exton on Tuesdays from 9am to 4pm and in our West Chester Studio location on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.

Camberly has been doing hair for a few years as a graduate of the Pulse Beauty Academy and is excited to join our team at Balance.

To help with Social Distancing our town has turned East Gay into an open air market. The closest parking to the salon is in the Chestnut Street Garage. We offer parking vouchers for the Chestnut Street parking garage. The garage is only a short walk from the salon. Give yourself an extra 5 minutes before your appointment to park.
