To book a service, contact one of our front desk host at (484)872-8457. They will need payment in advance to reserve the appointment. This allows you to leave after your treatment stress-free as our spa will be open exclusively for you.

Sue Long

We are excited to announce that our spa now offers massage on Thursdays & Saturdays with our new massage therapist, Sue Long. Sue works with local physicians in Chest County and now in our spa two days a week.

Sue is certified in physical therapy and massage therapy. Many years of experience and training have culminated into a deeply relaxing and healing treatment. A strong massage, fitting to your level of comfort.

Her areas of specialization include deep tissue massage, neuromuscular massage, oncology, myofascial release, pregnancy massage, and reflexology.

"My technique is highly effective in the resolution of muscle strains, repetitive type injuries, and arthritis pain. I facilitate the integration of strength and cross training regimins, and provide support to your circulatory, lymphatic, and immune systems."

Wella Color Class and Updates

Balance Hair Spa owners, Biff and Thomas, and manager, Amber, attended the Art Of Business in Philadelphia on Sunday, April 7th and Monday, April 8th. This two day event was hosted for business owners and managers in the salon industry. The days were filled with speakers, both in and outside our industry. With a variety of motivational speakers, business builders, and team builders the balance leadership team is excited to share their new knowledge with our team and introduce some new tools to make your experience at our salons and spa even better.

On Monday, April 8th, our spa professionals, Jess & Lauren, attended the International Congress of Esthetics and Spa show in Philadelphia. West Chester Christmas Parade was a blast!!

a fun time was had by all.

On Friday, November 30th we hosted our Holiday Open House at our studio during the West Chester Christmas Parade. Our team of beauty professionals choose the theme of classic 40’s and 50’s hair for our models this year. Our models were wearing clothes provided by our neighbor The G-Spot. The Original Spence Cafe provided us with platters of amazing hors d’oeuvres while clients stopped in during the parade to have a cocktail, hot cocoa, and save 20% off products.

Cut-a-thon was a success

On Saturday September 8th the Balance Hair Spa team hosted a cut-a-thon at our Studio in West Chester. From 5pm to 8pm, we were able to raise more than one thousand dollars for Friends Association for the Care and Protection of Children in Chester County PA. We thank everyone who helped out and who made donations. We really appreciate the support.
