Monica Catona, Level 3 Designer

      Meet Monica Catona. She is a level 3 hair designer who works out of our Exton location. She has an outgoing personality that makes her clients feel right at home in her chair. Clients love to catch up with Monica during their visits and talk about anything and everything, especially hair.

“I am a talker and love getting to know my clients and their families. Many of my clients bring their family members to me as well.”

Monica has a strong passion for hair and making her clients feel good about theirs. She is always willing to share her knowledge with clients and assist them in finding the color and cut that best fits their lifestyle. She sets up realistic expectations for long term hair goals and helps with last minute hair challenges.

Beyond color and cutting, Monica also loves to do formal styling of hair. Something many stylist are hesitant to do because of the complexity of the work. She helps her clients find a style for any occasion.

She is a graduate of Pulse Beauty Academy a Paul Mitchell Partner School. She graduated at the top of her Phase 2 Honors Program with the highest GPA and received the Future Professional of the Year award.

   While training with a Paul Mitchell partner, Monica earned her way to the 2016 Caper event held in Orlando Florida. There she received training with top Paul Mitchell professionals from around the world.

   Monica is trained in all hair services including color, cutting, make up, and facial waxing. She is also a Deva Inspired curl cutting specialist. As a level 3 designer at Balance Hair Spa, she attends all of our in salon education and helps lead our new talent stylist as they navigate their careers in the beauty industry.
