"I received a Deva Curl cut from Thomas.  He spent so much time working with my curls.  I have never had such attention at a salon.  This is the first time in about two years that I have actually worn my hair down.  Typically, I just pull it up into a pony tail, bun, or twist because I don't like how it looks.  Since I was in almost a month ago, I've been wearing in down every day and loving!  Thank you, Thomas!  I also went in for the Balayage color but Thomas said I have too much color in my hair right now from getting it done previously.  I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me a treatment that I didn't need.  I felt like my hair was looking an unnatural blond/orange color.  He toned it down with some low lights and glazing.  It look so much better.  I can't wait to grow this old color out so I can try the Balayage!  Thomas did such a great job at making me look naturally beautiful!"

"I Just LOVE my Deva Curl Cut with Trisa! It has been great day after day. It's super easy to style, taking almost no time at all. I'm even finding that I can sleep on it and the next day it only needs a light spritz with a water bottle, some "fluffing" and it's good to go.

Trisa also nailed the overall length AND the length of the layers; I am marveling at how nicely the curls and waves fall. Plus, I can still pull it back into a pony. What more could I ask for?"

"DOMENICK!!!  I don't even want to share with everyone how talented and artistic he is because I want to keep him all to myself!!! He is a true artist.  He is creative, intuitive and fabulous with complementing color to my skin tone and natural hair color. He applies the color so it appears to take on an edgy look if blown out one way and natural look if blown out another. He has a gift.  His cuts are face enhancing and as it grows out, you realize what a great cut it really was!

"I have just come back from my third visit to Balance Hair Spa.  My hair just keeps looking better and better, and it looked great after my first visit.  Dan is a stylist artist, experienced, talented and very creative.  When you sit in his chair you and your hair are his total focus.  He truly cares about you and your hair and takes great pride in his creation.  My hair color looks beautiful, better than it has ever looked.  My cut is emerging into a style that I have always envied but didn't think could be done with my hair.  (Amazingly, Dan figured it out without me telling him.)  And, the best part is that my hair looks stunning in the emerging stages.  (It's not just me being in love with my hair.  People have been complimenting me and it has been a long time since I received compliments on my hair.)  I am 62 but I'm sure Dan could work wonders with anyone's hair."

"I came to Balance Hair Spa in Exton to do my hair color for the first time. I didn't have any idea about the hair coloring and Heather addressed all my concerns in such a way that I am absolutely overwhelmed by the outcome at the end. Really she did it so beautifully with so much patience and effort. She did retain my original hair color (black) to cover up the inside grays and whites and did the  golden color highlights which complements my face a lot. "I was very pleased with the color and style provided by Siobhann on my first visit. I have some difficult coverage areas and expected that it would take a few tries to get it right. The coverage and color were perfect. I came in with various faded colors, and Siobhann was able to restore my hair to my natural color better than any other stylist that I have visited in the last few years. I was very pleased. This was the first time that my hair has looked good in months. She showed me some easy styling tips to have better results at home. In addition to being very skilled, she was a pleasure to talk with and made me feel very comfortable for my first visit. I really liked the salon because they didn't 'over promote' products and EVERYONE was very nice. Sometimes 'high end' salons make me feel uncomfortable for not being as 'cool' as the people that work there. The people at Balance were very professional and very welcoming. Enough so that both of my sons booked appointments that same evening (with Wendy and Christian) and really liked their more stylish haircuts, and my 86-year-old Mother enjoyed a massage with Carrie and hopes to be back regularly. "I cannot say enough great things about Domenick. He is so much more than just a stylist. He is a truly gifted artist. His attention to detail surpasses any stylist I have ever encountered before. I came to Domenick after receiving a hair cut that I was unhappy with, and within a couple visits he had my hair back on track and looking great again. I never feel like am being rushed through the process because an appointment may be after me. He takes his time and does a complete and thorough job, making adjustments until I am completely satisfied with the service. I had concerns with my recently damaged, overprocessed and dried-out hair. Trisa introduced me to a sulphate-free line of products to improve the condition of my hair (which it did). I was also very anxious to get extensions, but concerned with having extensions that would look natural and blend with my naturally, very curly, often "fuzzy" hair. I was more than satisfied, and my stylist chose exactly the color that was best for me and it turned out to be the very color I wanted. Very talented. I loved the way she cleaned up my previously botched up cut a few months ago and she styled it just like I liked. You really need to give this salon a try if you are looking to change from where you are or are new to the area. I was so impressed, and so happy to have found them."

 "Wow! What a stroke of luck that I happened upon Balance Hair Spa! I had used a "box" hair color to rid myself of gray roots, and realized that was a mistake. Thomas highlighted and colored my hair, and it was beautiful! The cut was great too. My hair was so soft, and I felt like I looked younger. I was impressed that Thomas did not use all kind of spray products on my hair upon finishing the styling. He did not need too, the cut spoke for itself! Will definitely go back and take advantage of facial services. Very warm atmosphere, and Thomas made me the most delightful cup of tea!"
