Introducing our Self-Care Sundays. Every 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month our spa will open for facial and massage services in our Exton Spa. To book a service, contact one of our front desk host at (484)872-8457. They will need payment in advance to reserve the appointment. This allows you to leave after your treatment stress-free as our spa will be open exclusively for you.

Logan completes KM Session Salon program.

Congratulations to our designer, Logan, for completing the Kevin Murphy Session Salon program. This program was designed to inspire hairdressers to think beyond the chair and explore new ideas that will evolve their skills as a beauty professional. Logan started this program last year attending 4 session workshops with brand educators from Kevin Murphy. These sessions consisted of intense product knowledge and hands-on styling techniques. For graduation, Logan completed a look of hair, makeup, and clothing based from the inspiration board she put together.

Next time you're in the salon, let Logan share with you her experience and knowledge of Kevin Murphy products.

Jacky Returns

We are so happy to have Jacky back from an extra long maternity leave. She now has 2 boys at home to take care of along with her husband, Thomas. Let Jacky help you get your hair ready for warmer months ahead. She will be working every Monday & Tuesday with select Saturdays out of our West Chester Studio.

Alyssa had her baby!!

We are so excited to announce the arrival of Ember Rain Kaeck to the world. She made a quick entrance on Sunday, April 2nd at 4:59am weighing 7lb 1oz. Alyssa is so excited for this new journey. Our team of beauty professionals will be picking up days at the studio to accommodate her clients. We will be reaching out to clients with appointments already reserved with Alyssa this week to reschedule.

CHANGES TO OUR ONLINE BOOKING

Due to an overwhelming number of new clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments, we have had to make a few adjustments to our online booking feature. You will now need to place a credit card on file to use our online booking. Your credit card will not be used without notification.
Please remember we ask that clients give us a 48 hour notice when canceling an appointment so that we may accommodate other clients who are on our wait list.

NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENT AGREEMENT
New clients agree to pay 50% of their scheduled service total using the credit card stored on file if they do not give proper notice for cancelling an appointment. This payment may be charged the day of your scheduled service as a cancellation fee or in advance as a deposit to confirm the appointment. Deposits will only be charged to this credit card once the client has been contacted. Paid deposits will go towards your bill on the date of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation fees do NOT require us to contact a client as this is the notice of our cancellation policy. Deposits will be used to pay a cancellation fee if the client does not give proper notice for cancelling a scheduled appointment.

Clients with an email on file will receive an emailed copy of their receipt if a cancelation fee is charged.

NEW Balance Hair Spa Products have arrived

We are super excited to announce the arrival of our NEW Balance Hair Spa products. introducing our all new Daily Quench shampoo & conditioner & our Prime Style Spray. Daily Quench replaces our Quench with the same properties and all new clean scent. The Prime Style Spray replaces our Prime Time for a leave-in pre-styling treatment. Currently we have 8oz sizes in the Daily Quench and hope to have 32oz sizes soon. Ask our team of beauty professionals about these new products.

We are excited to announce that our spa now offers massage on Thursdays & Saturdays with our new massage therapist, Sue Long. Sue works with local physicians in Chest County and now in our spa two days a week.

Sue is certified in physical therapy and massage therapy. Many years of experience and training have culminated into a deeply relaxing and healing treatment. A strong massage, fitting to your level of comfort.

Her areas of specialization include deep tissue massage, neuromuscular massage, oncology, myofascial release, pregnancy massage, and reflexology.
